When I started The SELO Group my goal was to give small businesses the creativity and expertise of a large agency without the big price-tag. With 16 years in marketing and as a former Bloomberg exec, I knew the power larger firms had in just about everything marketing. Negotiating cost-effective and advantageous marketing contracts for such things as advertising space to printed materials was (and still is) a synch for big firms. I have brought that power, along with years of big city marketing experience to The SELO Group so small and mid-sized businesses can benefit.

Creativity in all forms sets The SELO Group apart. Whether its maximizing a budget or creating a unique visual brand, we are efficient and effective. No challenge is too big or too small for us. We truly know small business’s needs and budgets.

What I never realized was how much fun I could have operating The SELO Group. We have smart, enthusiastic clients who feel more like family. Working hand-in-hand with them, we have successfully helped our clients launch businesses, increase customers, and re-brand. One of our most memorable moments was developing and launching a new retail store. We helped this client from soup to nuts — brand development, logo design, retail consulting and grand opening campaign. Upon their Grand Opening event, I have never seen so many happy people – the store owners, the customers, the families & friends who came for support. Watching this highly successful evening, I thought, “this is what it’s all about, making people happy.” And did I mention, they crushed their first quarter goals by 200%?
